Individual Therapy
$150 per 50-minute session

Couples Therapy
$185 per 75-minute session
$215 per 90-minute session

Couples sessions are extended to support meaningful, in-depth relational work. Fees are based on session length, not the number of participants.

Payment is due at the time of service.

Insurance

Bluegrass Relational Psychotherapy is in-network with Anthem.

Your out-of-pocket cost will depend on your specific plan. I recommend contacting your insurance provider to understand your copay, deductible, and coverage for outpatient mental health services.

For all other insurance plans:

• I do not bill other insurers directly

• Superbills are available for possible out-of-network reimbursement

• Reimbursement is determined by your insurance plan and is not guaranteed
