How do I know if relational therapy is right for me?
Relational therapy is a good fit if you want to understand patterns, emotions, and relationships more deeply rather than focusing solely on symptom relief. By increasing insight into emotional experiences and interpersonal patterns, clients often experience a reduction in symptoms such as anxiety, depression, and relational distress, along with improved functioning and coping over time.
How long does therapy last?
Therapy length varies. Some clients work short-term around a specific issue, while others engage in longer-term work.
Do you prescribe medication?
No. I do not prescribe or manage medication.
Is couples therapy only for couples in crisis?
No. Many couples seek therapy to improve communication, strengthen emotional connection, or address concerns early before they become more distressing. Couples therapy can also support partners in navigating transitions and reconnecting in more meaningful ways.
Do you accept insurance?
Not currently. The practice is cash-pay only while credentialing with Anthem and Cigna is underway.
